“It was a first time investment property building experience for my wife and I, and although our completion was 18 months behind where we originally intended to be, the completed product has been an excellent result. We initially went with Dean because of the full turn key product and the price represented excellent value for money. Our delays were largely due to problems with the land developer, sadly putting a small inflated price on the original build. However, once construction started we had a breezy, untroubled build in a really sharp time frame, with thanks to our site manager. We strongly recommend the team there and will look to use them again in future.“
